Kristine Aanderson is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and has a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
She believes that each person is the expert in their own lives and her goal is to help you find the tools you need to unlock your problem solving potential.
Kristine values creating a secure environment that is free from judgements. When this is combined with Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, meaningful change can occur.
Then we can approach problems with curiosity, discover strengths and see solutions in a new way.
Kristine offers specialized treatment for a number of concens including:

- Perinatal Mood Disorders (post partum depression, anxiety and OCD)

- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Occupational Stress Injuries
She also has a certified therapy dog who is avaliable upon request.
